Mantra I live by :

When you give, you will always receive it back tenfold. It is just like the law of gravity. Drop something and it will hit the floor every time. The law of reciprocity acts the same. Do something good for someone and they have a primal compelling need to return the favour.

Tell us about your business journey

Hello friends ... I am Shital, I've been a teacher for the last 6 years. I worked at VIBGYOR kids school Hinjewadi. As u know that everybody had to face lots of problems because of covid. Many people have lost their employment and I'm one of them. I was trying to figure out new jobs, but I couldn't find anything as per my profile. My family suggested to do something from home because I was used to my everyday routine since last 6 years. I just travel this room to that room because it was only timepass in the day due to lockdown. I was fed up with this stuff. Somewhere, I wanted to spend my time. I wanted to keep myself occupied doing everything. I was allowed by the family to do some job from home. I was puzzled means if u had to start business u ought to be financially strong, but my financial state was little bit down because of covid so, I couldn't spend much capital. My husband suggests me one day if u want, u can start business with food items. After I took some experience holder's advice. And I figured I might sell Snacks, but it was really a huge question in front of me to sell Namkeen???? Since it's totally different from my career, because I'm not a talkative person because u must be talkative as a seller so, it's little challenging for me. But I agreed I 'm going to do it, because if u agreed from bottom of your heart, nothing is impossible. I finally went to open my "A2Z Corner”. That's how my adventure began with my A2Z Corner.

What motivated you to become a Skillpreneur?

As I told you my teaching career, I worked as a employee in the school under someone, but now I have the ability to build my own name. I want to be my own boss. Honestly, it was my hope from the beginning, it was my dream that I have my own business, but I never have the chance. Now I'm having the chance to be my own business 'CEO and I didn't want to lose this opportunity.

How did you know when you had the right idea?

When l thought that time l was confused to start business, what kind of business should I start. I chose food for snacks, because food for snacks is one and only item that people always mad about it. People are fond of eating various kinds of Namkeen, banana chips, potato chips, khakaras. I noticed the line at D-mart, malls, in the grocery department, so I figured snack food was the best way to start off. Since I didn't have to spend a lot of money, I began my business at a very low cost.

What is your favorite aspect of being a Skillpreneur?

My first priority as a skillpreneur is customer satisfaction, making good bonds between customers. Learning and developing means what you have done and what you will do.

Dream big of the business you want that is most satisfying and financially lucrative, for this is the very first step in getting it.

Share any interesting experience after becoming a Skillpreneur.

Day after day, l received positive reviews from people. There are reviews of people sharing with me and my friends telling me about my business, they were still involved in business, so all this strengthens my faith and my faith raises my optimism.
